Not A Lender, Bank, or Financial Institution

*** TLFLLC is not, and does not claim to be, a licensed lender, bank, or financial institution ***

TLFLLC provides an online pre-screening, matching, and referral service for individuals needing lawsuit funding, inheritance funding, a structured settlement buyout, or other financial services. TLFLLC pre-screens, matches, and refers potential clients to third-party litigation funding, inheritance funding, and structured settlement investors.

TLFLLC disclaims the use of certain words, phrases, and financial terminology (see Word Use Disclaimer). Use of any such words, phrases, and terminology does not, and is not intended to, suggest, imply, or rerepresent that TLFLLC is a licensed lender, bank, or financial institution.

Due to the nature of the services provided by TLFLLC, TLFLLC may sometimes be referred to as a ‘broker,’ ‘facilitator,’ or ‘service provider’. However, if you accept funding from any funding company TLFLLC may refer you to, the contract or funding agreement, and any repayment obligation will be between you and the funding company, not between you and TLFLLC.

TLFLLC pre-screens all applications and applicants for suitability, and may request and gather documentation and information from an applicant’s attorney to determine funding eligibility and the likelihood of successful funding (see Use Implies Conapplications). Eligibility requirements and criteria vary and may change without notice. TLFLLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline any application or applicant that does not, or will not, satisfy the funding criteria of TLFLLC’s investors.

TLFLLC does not offer, imply, warrant, or guarantee that it can, or will, arrange funding for every, or any particular, case or applicant. Each case and applicant is reviewed independently, and each is approved or denied based on its individual strengths and merits.

Any time you accept money from any funding company TLFLLC referred you to, TLFLLC will receive financial compensation for the referral. This compensation may or may not be disclosed in your funding agreement with the funding company.

If you use, interact with, or request funding from TLFLLC, you specifically, expressly, and irrevocably release TLFLLC from all liability for any loss, harm, or damage, perceived, speculated, or actual, that may occur as a result of your funding request, waiting for approval, or receiving a denial or decline at any point in the application process, or that may occur after you accept any funding offer or financial assistance from any funding company to which TLFLLC may refer you.

TLFLLC specifically, expressly, and irrevocably disclaims all responsibility and liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, compensatory, or any other damages, or lost profits, perceived, speculated, or actual, that may result directly, indirectly from the approval or denial of funding, the availability or non-availability of funding, and your acceptance or non-acceptance of any funding offer, or any other use of or interaction with TLFLLC whatsoever.

All attempts to defraud TLFLLC or its investors are reported to all appropriate law enforcement agencies, including local police, state police, state attorneys general, the FBI, the DOJ, the DHS, and Interpol, when applicable.
